All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

 

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

 

Free shipping is available on orders over €35.

 

Order tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

 

Damaged or lost packages

 

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

International shipping

 

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.
